วงKAT-TUN ตั้งขึ้นโดยโคอิจิแห่งKinki Kids ในตอนแรก KAT-TUN ตั้งขึ้นมาเพื่อเป็นbackdancer ให้กับโคอิจิในรายการ popjam เท่านั้น แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม KAT-TUN ได้รับความสนใจอย่างมากมาย.......วงนี้จึงดำเนินต่อไป
